چکیده

Abstract Study question Do serum progesterone or LH levels better predict the optimal timing for embryo transfer in true natural cycle frozen-thawed transfers (NC-FET)? Summary answer Performing according to (PL) had similar ongoing pregnancy rates compared levels. What is known already With efficient and safe vitrification techniques, there an increasing trend cycles (FET) over fresh cycles. FET protocols are programmed cycle, NC-FET modified NC-FET. popularity, since it associated with favourable obstetric perinatal outcomes. Main outcome measure pregnancy. Participants/materials, setting, methods subfertile women aged 18-40, having regular menstruation a length 24-38 days included. Protocol serial hormone measurements ultrasound monitoring when dominant follicle reached diameter 15-16 mm. Serum level ≥15 IU/l defined as ‘ovulation -1’ Group 1 blastocyst was performed after 6 days. PL > ug/ml day’ 2. results role chance: There were no significant differences baseline characteristics including female age, body mass index, infertility duration, diagnosis number failed two groups. Optimal parameters for determining the LH surge in natural cycle frozen-thawed embryo transfers

BACKGROUND There is no consensus on the exact parameters that define the LH surge for natural cycle frozen-thawed embryo transfers (NC-FET). Accurately determining the LH surge would affect the timing, and subsequently the success rates, of embryo transfer. Therefore, the aim of this study was to delineate the optimal levels and relationship for luteinizing hormone (LH) and estradiol in an effo...

P-187: Poor Endometrium and Repeated IVF Failure: Is That Any Place for Modified Natural Cycle Frozen-Thawed Embryo Transfer?

Background: The objective of this study was to compare the pregnancy rate of Frozen-thawed Embryo Transfer (FET) on natural versus hormone replacement therapy (HRT) cycle endometrium, in patients with repeated IVF failure (RIF). Materials and Methods: In this observational study, the pregnancy rate after FET on natural endometrium in patients with RIF and previously poor endometrium (<7mm) on H...

modified natural cycle frozen-thawed embryo transfer in patients with repeated implantation failure: an observational study

Comparison of pregnancy rate between fresh embryo transfers and frozen-thawed embryo transfers following ICSI treatment

BACKGROUND The use of assisted reproductive technology (ART) is increasing in the world. The rate, efficacy and safety of ART are very different among countries. There is an increase in the use of intra cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), single fresh embryo transfer (ET) and frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET). OBJECTIVE The objective of this study was to compare pregnancy rate in fresh ET a...
